Returns & Exchanges

At nanamica, we strive for total satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned goods must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all original labels, hangtags, and the completed return form are included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
